Box Score HUNTINGDON, Pa. (Sept. 27, 2014) – The Drew University women's soccer team suffered a 3-0 loss at Juniata College on Saturday afternoon to kick off the 2014 Landmark Conference schedule.
 
The Eagles (4-5-1) scored their three goals within two minutes and 54 seconds in the first half spanning from the 24^th through 27^th minutes. Meanwhile, the Rangers (3-5) offered two shots worth of offense, one of which was on goal, as the Juniata defense worked hard to hold its lead.
 
Juniata's Shayna King scored twice in two minutes to give the home squad a lightning fast 2-0 lead. King made it 1-0 with a long blast just inside the 18-yard box, then swiftly scored her fourth goal of the season two minutes later.
 
Before the Rangers were able to get their first shot off, the Eagles took a 3-0 lead by converting a penalty kick in the 27^th minute after a Drew foul in the box.
 
Drew continues its non-conference slate on Wednesday, Oct. 1 at Mount St. Mary (N.Y.) College at 7:00 p.m.
