MADISON, N.J. – The Drew University women's tennis team dropped a 7-2 Landmark Conference (LC) decision to the University of Scranton Wednesday afternoon at the Drew Tennis Complex.
 
After the Royals (9-5, 5-0 LC) swept the three doubles matches, the Rangers (7-7, 2-3 LC) earned both of their points in singles play. Junior Ashley Camel captured a 6-3, 7-6 (7-4) victory at the No. 1 flight while junior Maria Navas Espinal also prevailed in straight sets, winning 6-3, 6-3.
 
Drew continues its season on Saturday, when it hosts Elizabethtown College at 1 p.m. in another Landmark Conference tilt.
