MADISON, N.J. - The Drew University women's tennis team registered a 9-0 victory over the College of Saint Elizabeth in a non-conference match Monday evening at the Drew University Tennis Complex.
The Rangers (8-8) opened by sweeping the three doubles matches, including an 8-1 victory from juniors 
Maria Navas Espinal and 
Cristina Riccio at No. 1. Juniors 
Ashley Camel and 
Christina Christodoulou won 8-0 at No. 2, as did freshman 
Kate Gangi and junior 
Sarah Noel Jeune at No. 3.
Camel, Riccio, Gangi, and Noel Jeune went on to earn singles victories to finish as double-winners. Camel prevailed 6-2, 6-0 at No. 1 while Riccio was a 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2. Gangi collected a 6-0, 6-1 victory at No. 3 while Noel Jeune registered a perfect 6-0, 6-0 triumph at No. 5. Also winning were freshmen 
Sofia Vargas Torres at No. 4 (6-1, 6-1) and 
Rachel Kim at No. 6 (6-1,  6-2).
The Rangers return to the court on Saturday, when they visit Moravian College at 1 p.m. in a Landmark Conference match.
