CAMDEN, N.J. - The Drew University women's tennis team opened its 2021-22 season with a trip to Rutgers-Camden in a non-conference match-up.

The undefeated Scarlet Raptors (7-0) handed the Rangers a 9-0 setback.

Drew's closest match came at No. 1 singles. Making her collegiate debut, freshman Mary Kalorin dropped her first set 6-2 before forcing a deciding super tiebreaker with a 6-4 win. However, her counterpart took the deciding set, 10-1.

The Rangers conclude the fall portion of their season on Oct. 6, when they visit Ramapo starting at 4 p.m.
