Desgoutte Captures Second All-Landmark Honor

All-Landmark Conference Women's Volleyball Team

TOWSON, Md. – For the second year in a row, junior outside hitter Teeya Desgoutte has captured a spot on the All-Landmark Conference Team.
 
Desgoutte garnered honorable mention status for the second straight season.
 
The Rangers, who recently completed their fourth season of varsity women's volleyball, have now had at least one team member earn all-conference recognition in each of the last four years.
 
Desgoutte led the Rangers with 2.83 kills per set this past season, a mark that currently ranks fourth in the Landmark Conference. She was also second on the team with 2.87 digs per set and posted 11 double-doubles throughout the season. She threw down a season-high 19 kills to go with 14 digs in a big 3-2, come-from-behind win over Moravian, and she also tallied 17 kills in a three-set win over Goucher and in a five-set loss at Elizabethtown. In addition, she notched a career-high 25 digs in a five-set victory over St. Joseph's-Long Island and served up a career-high five aces in a sweep of York (Pa.).
 
For her career, Desgoutte ranks second in team history in kills (783) and points (890.5) and third in attack percentage (.172), digs (657), and blocks (80).
 
Drew finished in sixth place in the Landmark Conference standings this past season to earn the team's second consecutive appearance in the Landmark Conference Championships.
