TOWSON, Md. – For the fourth time in her career, senior
Sam Trodick has been chosen as the Landmark Conference Women's Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week.
Trodick celebrated Senior Day in style, winning four events (three individual, one relay) to lead the Rangers to a 146-34 win over Goucher College this past Saturday. She touched first in the 50-freestyle (26.71), 100-butterfly (1:06.84), and the 100-breaststroke (1:13.63), and she also swam the breaststroke leg of the winning 200-medley relay.
For the season, Trodick ranks second on the Landmark Conference leaderboard in the 200-breaststroke (2:27.67), fifth in the 100-breaststroke (1:08.82), and fifth in the 200-IM (2:16.98).
The Rangers (2-2) conclude their dual-meet schedule on Saturday, when they visit the University of Scranton starting at 1 p.m.
