With a number of its top performers from last season's team returning, the Drew University men's swimming & diving team enters the 2026-27 campaign with high hopes once again.
Under the direction of 12th-year Head Coach
Rich Munson, the Rangers bring back 12 student-athletes from last season's team that took third at the Landmark Conference Championships. The team accumulated 720 points – the second-highest scoring total in program history at the Landmark Conference Championships – and won 12 events, five more than any other school. In addition, the Rangers won all five relays for an incredible third year in a row.
Four different individual conference champions return this season, including junior
Thiago Silva. He won the Landmark title in the 100-breaststroke, and he also copped a silver in the 100-freestyle and a fifth-place finish in the 50-freestyle. In addition, Silva swam on four different relay teams that captured the gold at the conference championship (200-free, 400-free, 200-medley, 400-medley). He enters the season with school records in the 100-breaststroke, 400-free relay, and 200-medley relay.
Also returning as individual conference champions are seniors
Liam Gregory and
Kyle Talerico and junior

In addition, he was a member of the Landmark champion 400-free and 800-free relay squads. Gregory holds Drew records in both the 1,000-freestyle and the 400-free relay.
