NABC Honors Court
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Drew University men's basketball team has earned the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Team Academic Excellence Award for 2020-21 season.

David Gervase, and
Kevin Griffith have been named to the NABC Honors Court.
The Team Academic Excellence Award, now in its ninth year, recognizes all NCAA, NAIA, and two-year colleges that maintain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or better during the previous season.
In order to be named to the Honors Court, a student-athlete must be a junior or senior academically, a member of the varsity team, hold a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher, have matriculated at least one year at their current institution, and be a member of an NCAA Division I, II, III, or NAIA Division I institution with an NABC member coach.
The Rangers are coming off a banner season in 2020-21, when they captured the team's first-ever Landmark Conference title with an overtime victory over the University of Scranton in the conference championship game. The squad finished an abbreviated season with a 7-2 record, including a 4-1 mark in Landmark Conference play.
