TOWSON, Md. - For the fourth time this season and the second time this spring, sophomore Kayla Diaz has been honored as the Landmark Conference Women's Golf Athlete of the Week.

She shot a 72 in the second round to lower her own school record by one stroke while tying her 36-hole mark of 148. She finished as the individual runner-up, just one stroke behind the medalist, and helped Drew finish fourth with a school-record of 664, including a team record of 327 in the second round.

For the season, Diaz has averaged a team-leading 76.7 over 12 rounds, winning four events and placing in the top-five on six occasions.

The Rangers continue their season next Tuesday at the Alvernia Invitational, held at the Reading Country Club in Reading, Pa.
