He was also fifth in a field of 20 in the 50-freestyle (21.64) and seven among 19 swimmers in the 100-butterfly (52.05).

Additionally, sophomore Liam Gregory placed sixth out of 19 competitors in the 500-freestyle (4:52.38) and sixth in a field of 15 in the 200-freestyle (1:49.96). Meanwhile, junior Brendan Burkett took seventh in the 50-free (21.85) and 10th in the 100-free (48.25).

Several additional Rangers placed in the top half of their events, including sophomore Kyle Talerico, who came in ninth in the 100-fly (52.62) and was sixth in a field 12 in the 200-fly (1:58.52). Freshman Thiago Silva came in eighth in the 50-free, and senior Yan Zheng Lew finished eighth in the 500-free (4:53.69) and fourth out of eight swimmers in the 1,650-free (16:56.64). Freshman Hunor Harsanyi added a fifth-place finish out of 13 competitors in the 200-breaststroke (2:10.98) and was fourth among nine swimmers in the 100-breaststroke (59.67).
