BALTIMORE – Senior Nicholas Heinio-Widell and Drew's 200-freestyle relay each set records to lead the Drew University men's swimming & diving team on the third day of the Landmark Conference Championships on Saturday at Loyola University's Mangione Aquatic Center.

In the team standings, the Rangers have scored 476 points and are in third place. Catholic holds the lead 628.5 points and is followed by Scranton (534), Drew, Susquehanna (221.5), Elizabethtown (146), Wilkes (131), Juniata (114), Lycoming (77), Moravian (72), and Goucher (50).

He won the event by nearly two full seconds, and he also led off for the 200-free relay team that lowered the meet record set at last season. Silva also captured a gold medal, winning the 100-breaststroke in 57.45 seconds.

Earning one silver medal each were senior Gabe Spivak the 100-breaststroke (57.14) and Burkett in the 100-backstroke (50.07). Adding to Drew's medal haul on Saturday with one bronze apiece were sophomore Hunor Harsanyi in the 100-breaststroke (57.69), freshman Marcell Hudak in the 400-IM (4:09.33), and Talerico in the 100-butterfly (50.07).

Two other Rangers reached the championship finals, as junior Liam Gregory placed fifth in the 100-freestyle (1:44.14) while senior Ricky Kilichowski took sixth in the 100-backstroke (54.70).

In the consolation finals, sophomore Issac Jeffers placed ninth in the 200-freestyle (1:47.11).
