TOWSON, Md. – Sophomore Zach Mogambi of the Drew University men's track & field team has been selected as the Landmark Conference Field Athlete of the Week.
 
Mogambi placed 13th among 46 competitors in the weight throw with a toss of 13.97 meters (45-10) and was 18th in a field of 43 in the shot put with a mark of 13.42 meters (44- ½) at the Widener Indoor Classic.
 
On the current Landmark Conference leaderboard, Mogambi ranks first in the shot put (14.26m) and is second in the weight throw (14.79m).
 
The Rangers continue their season on Friday, when they travel to Kutztown University for the Golden Bear Invitational starting at 5 p.m.
