TOWSON, Md. – By virtue of their top-three finishes this past weekend at the Landmark Conference Indoor Championships, six member of the Drew University men's indoor track & field team earned a spot on the All-Landmark Conference Team.

Athletes achieving first-place are given First Team status while those securing second-place finishes earn Second Team recognition. Third-place finishers receive Honorable Mention.

In addition, freshman Owen Browne was named the Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year, becoming the first Ranger in Drew men's track & field history to win a major award at the Landmark Conference Championship. He won the pole vault, clearing 4.58 meters (15- 1/4) and improving upon his own school record while also defeating his nearest runner-up by over a foot. Browne's efforts also earned him First Team All-Landmark Conference honors.

Sophomore Zach Mogambi also garnered first-team all-conference honors for his victory in the weight throw, and joined Browne as the first Landmark Conference champions in Drew men's track & field history. With a heave of 14.82 meters (48-7 1/2), he finished nearly a foot better than his nearest competitor. It was the second career all-conference award for Mogambi, who captured the silver in the shot put at last year's indoor championship.

Sophomore Adian Hanson was also honored for an individual performance, as he gained honorable mention status for taking third in the 200-meter dash (22.77).

Hanson earned an additional all-conference nod as a member of the 4x200-meter relay team that placed third, garnering honorable mention as well. He was joined by sophomore Aidan Riccardo, sophomore Jeff Ayeh-Datey, and freshman Olamilekan Olayiwola, as the group finished with a time of 1:34.27.

The Rangers finished the meet with 49 points and finished in sixth place, moving up one spot from last season while placing in front of the Scranton and Juniata.
