MADISON, N.J. – Four members of the Drew University women's track & field team have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Women's Cross Country/Track & Field Team.

Sophomore Emily Camlet, senior Mazzy Cirinelli, junior Dejanayha Hill, and junior Kate Rice all earned the award for the Rangers. Additionally, Camlet was chosen as a CSC Academic All-America finalist and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced July 15.

The 2025 Academic All-District® Cross Country/Track & Field Teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

To be nominated for the CSC Academic All-America program in cross country/track & field, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore with a 3.5 or higher cumulative grade-point average. They must also be ranked in the top-50 in their region in a single individual track & field event per the TFRRS performance list rankings at the time of their nomination or finish in the top-50 at an NCAA regional cross country meet.

Camlet, Cirinelli, and Rice all earned their second consecutive CSC Academic All-District award for Drew, which finished its second year as a varsity track & field program in 2024-25.

An Italian Studies and Statistics double major with a 4.0 GPA, Camlet is coming off another outstanding season as a long sprint specialist for the Rangers. She earned her third and fourth career all-region honors this past year after finishing the indoor season ranked No. 1 in the Metro Region in the 400 meters while earning a No. 3 ranking the same event outdoors. In the same event, she won the Landmark Conference title and broke the conference record for both indoors (56.59) and outdoors (55.61). Camlet also finished with indoor regional rankings in the 200-meter dash (No. 9, 25.98) and the 60-meter dash (No. 15, 7.95) and outdoor regional rankings in the 200-meter dash (No. 10, 25.36), the 800-meter run (No. 26, 2:21.56), and the 100-meter dash (No. 31, 12.81). In addition, she and teammate Sage Hendershot became the first national qualifiers in Drew track & field history when the two qualified for the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships. Camlet also competes for Drew's women's soccer team during the fall.

Cirinelli, a Psychology major with a 3.90 GPA, missed much of the 2025 season with an injury. However, the multi-event competitor finished the outdoor season ranked No. 14 (tied) in the high jump (1.53m/5'0.25") and No. 38 in the javelin (26.03m/85'5"). Indoors, she was ranked No. 27 (tied) in the region in the high jump (1.47m/4'9.75") and No. 43 in the 60-meter hurdles (10.55), and she scored for the Rangers at the Landmark Conference Championships, placing eighth in the high jump.
