Drew University Athletics

Drew really stood out to me because I felt like its size would grant me the highest chance to not only succeed but to excel. The small class sizes and ability to form close relationships with professors was key for me. Drew also offered a wide variety of opportunities that I was excited to be able to take advantage of, such as the various New York City semesters and research opportunities. Another huge factor in me picking Drew was the Fencing Team. I loved the family environment and felt like it would foster me to grow. The team has allowed me to compete at a high level while also focusing on my academics. I’m very happy I chose to fence for Drew because rather than just demanding perfection from you the program instead gives you the tools to make yourself the best you can be.
