STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (January 28, 2012) – The Drew women's fencing team managed only six wins in four matches against Penn State, Duke, University of North Carolina and Temple this afternoon at the Penn State Invitational. With the four losses the Rangers drop to 3-13 on the season.

The Rangers posted five of their six wins against North Carolina on a 22-5 loss. The Rangers were blanked by #10 Duke, 27-0 and lost to #1 Penn State and #8 Temple 26-1.

Junior Melissa Mascarenhas (Linden, N.J./Linden) had a team-high three wins at the foil.

The Rangers will travel to Yale University for a dual match on February 2^nd.
