Dean Rosow is the most prolific scorer in the history of the men’s soccer program at Drew. His incredible numbers have stood the test of time, holding three school records for more than 40 years of soccer in Madison. He scored 78 goals and recorded 42 assists in just three seasons as a member of the Drew soccer team. At the time of his induction, his 198 career points were nearly 50 better than any other soccer player at Drew.

His body of work as a sophomore was the most dominant that the country had ever seen in college soccer. He led the nation with 36 goals and was credited with 25 assists. With official NCAA records beginning the following season, he would hold the national record in both goals and points per game, which still held at the time of his induction. He was named the Middle Atlantic Conference Most Valuable Player in 1973 to go along with MAC All-Star and NJSCA All-State honors.

In his three years at Drew the Rangers posted a 33-8-6 records and won two MAC College Division Championships.

Following his collegiate career, he was invited by the USA Olympic Soccer Coach to try out for the 1976 USA Olympic Soccer Team. He was chosen and played with his fellow team members for two years. In 1974 the team defeated Bermuda in the first round of qualifying matches but fell to Mexico in the next round eliminating them from the 1976 Olympic Games.
