She was tabbed the Freedom Conference Rookie of the Year after scoring a career-high eight goals in 2000. During basketball season, Mueller netted 953 points and helped the 2003-04 squad to its winningest season in school history, when Drew finished 16-10 and captured an ECAC title. She shot 75.9 percent at the free-throw line for her career, a mark that at the time of her induction ranked sixth in school history. Finally, Mueller excelled on the lacrosse field despite never playing the sport prior to college. She was a two-time First Team All-MAC selection as a defender and helped the Rangers to an ECAC title as a senior.
